I wanted Frankenstein to look different from the other monsters in the series, to have his own chromatic identity. And the fluorescent orange gives him that radioactive energy that connects with the tradition of 1950s science fiction films where everything glowed in impossible colors. Orange is the color of warning signs and that's exactly what Frankenstein is — a warning about the limits of science, about playing God, about creating something you can't control.
