Medusa
Here time moves to the rhythm of bones, not machines. Our ink comes from the guts of the myth.
The Medusa pack
What you came for
Three pieces, and you choose which. All hand screen printed, all from my own drawing.
A 300 gsm kraft envelope screen printed on both sides —printed by me, same as the garments—, with paper bands for the tees and sticker gifts inside. The wrapping is part of the craft too.
Who would you turn to stone?
Answer in the reel. One winner takes the full Medusa pack.
The ritual
In this Temple of screen printing every print is unique, no two are alike. Here time moves to the rhythm of bones, not machines. Our ink comes from the guts of the myth. The ancient Greeks believed the gods lived in the temples. We believe they live in the craft. And every tee we print carries a part of the Ritual with it.
No shortcut
I'm not looking to make it short, I'm not interested. And there's no shortcut: here you have to do the work.
It all started with a drawing. Paul drew the Medusa by hand, with four eyes, and out of that came the print, the garment and the temple full of skeletons. These photos have no filter: this is what the work looks like.
Every tee is printed by hand, one by one, accepting the small differences and imperfections that make each print unique. The Medusa carries two inks: two film positives, two meshes, two pulls per garment. One millimetre off and the garment is scrapped.
We live drowning in garbage advertising for garbage products. A craft deserves to be looked after.
It's not just ink on fabric. There are arms here, decisions, mistakes, learning and dedication. Screen printing is the noblest form, and a craft that deserves to be looked after.
The garment
The detailThe ink is pressed and cured into the fabric, not stuck on top: that's why it survives wash after wash. The tee carries a front print; the zip hoodies are printed on both sides. Author label included.
Posters
Not out yetThe series posters are printed separately and in short runs. Leave us your email and we'll tell you the day they drop, before everyone else.
Watch out for fake profiles. We never ask for personal data by direct message.
